After Local Anesthesia Procedure

Following your procedure, your surgeon or a nurse will explain the healing process and how to achieve max results. We will also provide you with medication prescriptions and a postoperative compression garment.

Follow-up appointments are free and highly recommended. Your surgeon would like to see you throughout the recovery process to make sure you are getting the best results possible. Patients usually return at 1-7 days, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after their procedure. If you are coming from out of town, please let us know. Depending on the procedure performed, many routine follow-up appointments may be done virtually through email with photos and phone calls. Ask your surgeon if you’re a candidate for virtual follow-ups.

It is encouraged that any questions or medical concerns that you may have during your recovery be promptly addressed by your surgeon. Don’t hesitate to call. Your surgeon wants to hear from you and is happy to answer any questions you may have!
